Hi! I'm Param Baladandapani - Radiologist, full time mom, Real estate investor and Mentor to physicians seeking Financial and Time Freedom through Real Estate Investing. I started investing in the stock market in 2010 and acquired my first rental in late 2013.
In 2019, a rough career transition rocked my family and just as things were finally getting back to normal, the pandemic hit. It was hard to ignore the fact that after years of thinking I had it all figured out, I was precariously still tethered to my job.
I knew it was time to turn things around. Looking at my portfolio, it was obvious that real estate investing was the only fool proof way to accelerate towards my Financial Freedom. I spent a lot of time and money educating myself.
I accelerated my acquisition of Long term and Short term rentals in domestic and international markets, got involved in Industrial and ground up development projects. All the while I adopted strategies to optimize returns and put systems in place for efficiency and within a year built a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio.
Cash flow alone from these properties helped me become Financially Independent at 41 .
Since then I have grown into my role as operator of Multifamily Apartments in multiple domestic markets with over 1428 doors and $262+ million in assets under management. Looking back, the challenges I faced turned out to be wonderful opportunities for growth!
Sadly, I see other physicians close to me making the same mistakes I once made. The opportunity costs are both explicit (wealth) and implicit (time) and I'm sure you agree, best avoided.
This led me down the path of mentoring other high income Professionals - helping them achieve Financial Freedom through investing in real estate.
As the community grew, I realized that true Transformation could not happen without more structured information transfer.
