Our newest allocation has a blend of Manufactured Housing Communities (MHC) and Self-Storage (SS), two historically resilient, needs-based asset classes with operational value-add and aggregation potential. 


This deal offers a diversification across submarkets and assets classes in an already-performing fund with strong in-place performance and cash-flowing assets.
